- JinyMart delivers groceries and daily essentials within Malda city limits.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
- Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered the next morning (advance order model).
- Delivery charges may apply (free delivery or minimum order value to be specified).
3. Orders & Payments
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
- Payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards (as available).
- All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- JinyMart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other valid reasons.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before 9:00 PM on the same day of placing the order.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method or as store credit within 7–10 working days.
- Perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy) are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
5. Returns & Replacements
- Customers must check items at the time of delivery.
- Damaged, expired, or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded.
- No returns will be accepted once the product has been used/opened.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must be 18+ to place an order.
- Customers must be available at the delivery address at the scheduled time. Failed delivery attempts may lead to extra charges or cancellation.
- JinyMart will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).
